Alan Rose is the head of our Antitrust practice. Alan is experienced in providing advice to U.S. and overseas entities on mergers and acquisitions, including strategic counselling on structuring and negotiating deals, dealing with government enforcers and litigating challenges to combinations. Alan also provides general counseling regarding company structure, distribution practices, compliance issues, audit procedures and other day-to-day matters.

Before joining our firm in 2006, Alan spent 11 years working as an antitrust special counsel in the New York offices of premier law firms, including 5 years at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP, a U.S. based international law firm.
