Andrew Appleby is an associate in our Securities practice. Andrew has advised issuers and underwriters in a broad range of public and private securities transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings; Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings; Regulation D offerings; registered "shelf" offerings; and exchange offers. Andrew also regularly counsels issuers in connection with corporate governance matters and the preparation of periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Before joining us in 2007, Andrew was an associate in the New York office of international law firm, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
