Gregory Yerrick is the head of our Tax practice and a partner in our International practice. Gregory has over 27 years experience in advising domestic and foreign entities on a full range of tax issues including mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning, international tax, taxation of partnerships, joint ventures and other pass-through entities, and taxation of individuals.

Gregory represents public and private clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, including a number of clients involved in the private equity and alternative asset investment management arenas, as well as the oil and gas, infrastructure, specialist investment funds and utility industries. Gregory also advises on tax planning for non-U.S. citizens and enterprises investing in the United States, and for U.S. citizens and enterprises investing abroad.

Before co-founding the firm, Gregory was a partner in the New York offices of various international law firms, including Coudert Brothers LLP.
